【摘要】 目的:文献证实在葡萄糖耐量减低(impaired glucose tolerance,IGT)人群已存在心血管疾病的危险因素,活化血小板在在动脉粥样硬化、血栓及炎症反应中起重要作用。目前在糖耐量减低人群中血小板相关功能的研究较少,课题探讨了糖耐量减低人群血小板的活化状态及其影响因素.方法:根据1999年WHO诊断标准,选取糖耐量减低患者33例、糖尿病患者30例和正常对照者30例为研究对象。采用流式细胞术(flow cytometry,FCW)检测血小板膜蛋白CD62P、血小板激活复合物(platelet activated complex-1,PAC-1)的阳性率和平均荧光强度(mean fluorescence intensity,MFI);采用血细胞计数仪检测血小板数目(count)、血小板平均体积(mean platelet volume,MPV)、血小板分布宽度(platelet distribution width,PDW)及大血小板比率(platelet-large cell ratio,P-LCR);同时测定总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-... 更多还原
